Here’s why: Rooms: 5/5 The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a relaxing ambiance. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided added a luxurious touch. It truly felt like a home away from home. Service: 5/5 The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt responses to all our requests, I their professionalism and friendliness stood out. Shout too Mr Pankaj and Mr Shami. Location: 5/5 Palma Resort is perfectly situated in Umm Al Quwain, offering stunning views of the coastline and a peaceful environment. It’s the ideal spot for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life while still being easily accessible. Food: 5/5 The dining experience was exceptional. Palma Beach Resort & Spa is a hidden gem. The Staff is very polite and professional; they give service with a smile. The property has a unique balance between the Cultural/ Traditional architecture of the outside walls of the rooms and modern/contemporary design of the inside of the rooms. The swimming pool area is absolutely fabulous 💯 especially for taking photos. Be sure to walk the entire property to enjoy the splendor of it all esp. strolling by the beach and dining by the deck @ restaurant. It's about 12mins. drive from Mall of UAQ . If you want a relaxing, easy-going stay, this is for you.

From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly helpful, professional and welcoming. We were presented with a welcome drink while we checked in and were then escorted to our huge room which faced onto the pool. We were explained all the amenities in lots of detail. Shiri and Vinaya were so helpful. It was our first time visiting and we will definately come back again and recommend it to our friends. The food at the restaurant was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. The pool was a perfect temperature with lots of quiet spaces to read during the day and music in the evening.
